- The agents reputation and experience: Ask for referrals
- Their marketing plan: Is it customized for your house?
- The agent's sales statistics: For example, the number of houses sold, number of their listings that failed to sell, days on the market, list to sales price comparisons.
- How much do you like them? Selling your house is a joint effort!
- Do they have a team? In today's market, you need a team of professionals working to sell your home.
