Buying a home is typically the most significant investment a person will make in their life. To help make the process a successful one it is important to select the right REALTOR and that you do it prior to looking at the first property.

Selecting a REALTOR

- Make certain that you hire a REALTOR that wants to be your agent for life!
- Look for one that has the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. This indicates that they have received extensive training in representing buyers.
- Ask for referrals. Check out the type of service they provide after the sale.
- Look for a good listener that understands your needs and does not waste your time.
- Make sure that you like them and believe that they have your best interest at heart, because your agent today should be the agent that sells your house in the future.
